Dryers

• The autonomous units make up the refrigeration group, which can be located inside the furniture, attached to it on a bench, or outside of the room (in a condensing unit).
• The refrigeration unit will be composed of a compressor (hermetic or semi-hermetic, depending on power),
• The refrigerant with which the equipment operates may be an HFC or an HFO, in accordance with the current legislation of each country.

This controller, developed by GREENFRÍO, is an Omron open PLC specially designed to control drying chambers. It allows manual or programmed operation, with the possibility of establishing and memorizing 20 programs of up to 25 steps. It has multiple control functions, including:

• Drying control.
  • By humidity.
  • By times.
  • By humidity and time.
• Control of wet stove.
• Control of conservation chambers.
• Free-cooling.
• Air renewals.

All drying controls include a temperature control.

The main screen allows you to instantly view the chamber ambient values, as well as the setpoints, the type of control that governs the drying unit, the operation is currently performing, alarms that may occur, etc.

If it works in programmed mode, it displays the program number and current phase, as well as the remaining time to change to another phase. Through a simple menu, it allows access to change setpoints, operations or programs, as well as the possibility of observe and consult graphs of the chamber’s ambient values in the last hours.

The CS-4.0 incorporates:

• High resolution HMI screen.
• Possibility of Ethernet or USB communication.
• Password to be able to access to change parameters.
• Off-peak/peak hour programming to save energy.
