Minidrying units

Our mini drying units are specially designed refrigeration equipment to carry out the drying, stoving and maturation process of various products. These units can be both autonomous, which includes the compression group and will work with a refrigerant gas, and centralized, which includes the valve station prepared to work with the corresponding refrigerant. We have different alternatives regarding the type of equipment: compact or split version, cubic, ceiling or static evaporator, etc. For the correct configuration of the mini dryer, the type of product, the process and the characteristics of the project will be considered. Also, there are some optional components to meet the demands of each project.

Type of minidryers

Autonomous

Our autonomous mini dryers are made up of a condensing unit and an evaporator with a double coil (hot/cold), with several variants that adapt to any type of project. These units can be compact monoblock or split type, with the condensing unit with or without a casing, in which the compression unit is housed. As for the evaporator, different alternatives are available, depending on the type of evaporator (cubic, ceiling, static,…) or in relation to the material used in its manufacture (lacquered sheet metal or stainless steel casing, standard copper tube and aluminium fins or stainless steel coil).

Centralized

Our centralized mini dryers are made up of a double coil evaporator (cooling and heating) and the valve station that manages the refrigerant with which the unit will work. They can work with the following refrigerants:

Ammonia
Glycol
CO₂
HFO
HFCs

Controller

This controller, developed by GREENFRÍO, is specially designed to govern both drying chambers and cold chambers. It has multiple control functions, including:

Humidity drying control.
Drying control by Humidity and Temperature
Control of conservation chambers.
Humidification.

The main screen allows you to instantly view the values inside the chamber, as well as the setpoints, the type of control it governs, the operation is currently performing, alarms that occur, etc.

Through a simple menu system, it allows access to change setpoints, operations or type of control, as well as the possibility of observing and consulting graphs of the chamber’s ambient values in the last hours.
