The new and modern Oviaragón facilities located in Mercazaragoza, are equipped with GREENFRIO equipment to carry out the drying, drying and maturation processes of the cheeses. They have several rooms with a total of 5 centralized equipment that works with glycol (MPG) and in which two circuits are differentiated, one with cold glycol to feed the cooling batteries and the second with hot glycol that serves the batteries. heat. Said equipment, built entirely of stainless steel (structure, enclosure, screws, etc.), includes the batteries built using AISI-316L stainless steel tube and the valve station for glycol management also built with the same material. In the same way, the air distribution duct system designed by GREENFRIO has also been made of stainless steel, all guaranteeing the highest quality in the materials used. Thanks to the CS-4.0 controller, absolute regulation of the equipment and the process itself is obtained, and together with the direct drive EC fans that can be regulated from the same screen, the desired flow rate for each process can be modified.
GREENFRÍO works to provide added value in production processes and we are pleased to be involved in the success of our clients.
